Sun-jo and Peak

Sun-jo and Peak start off as great friends. As the book goes along Peak gets angrier and angrier at Sun-jo. That is till Sun-jo almost falls off the cliff. After that Peak relaizes that Sun-jo can not summit without him. If Sun-jo would have fallen, could Peak have gotten as far as he did?

    Actually, i think that peak could have gotten farther; He would have gotten to the top because Peak

    agreed but I think Peak could not have gotten nearly as far because they both helped each other climb
